Louvre Abu Dhabi

The Louvre Abu Dhabi is located on Saadiyat Island, 10 minutes from the city center. The museum was designed by Jean Nouvel, winner of the Pritzker Prize.

The main architectural marvel of the museum is its dome. It seems to float above the building, letting the sun’s rays through thousands of holes, creating a “rain of light” effect. This space under the dome and the outdoor terrace overlooking the Arabian Gulf are considered the most popular places for photos. Many people also take pictures by the mirrored ponds surrounding the museum, which create the effect of reflecting the building in the water.

The museum features more than 600 works of art, including ancient artifacts, classic paintings, sculptures and contemporary works. Guests can visit temporary exhibitions, interactive areas for children or simply stroll through the museum’s outdoor areas. The Louvre is home to masterpieces by Da Vinci, Monet, Matisse and more. Some of the paintings that catch our eye are the abstract composition “Black and White Image” by Jackson Pollock and the neoclassical masterpiece “Napoleon Passing through the Alps” by Jacques Louis David.

Ferrari World

Ferrari World on Yas Island is a large theme park dedicated to the Ferrari brand. The park’s main attraction is Formula Rossa, the fastest roller coaster in the world, reaching speeds of 240 km/h in 4.9 seconds. This attraction is designed to simulate the acceleration of a Ferrari car and offers extreme sensations on sharp turns and descents.

The Ferrari Esports Arena hosts cyber sports competitions. Fans of virtual racing can try their hand at simulators and feel the atmosphere of competition. The park also presents modern racing simulators, which allow you to feel yourself in the role of a Formula 1 driver. Adults will be interested to see the Ferrari Museum, where classic cars are exhibited and the history of the brand itself is told.

The most interesting activity is the opportunity to walk on the roof of the park. The rooftop offers a panoramic view of the island. For extreme lovers, there is a climbing track along the roof.

The park’s building is made in the shape of a star with the Ferrari logo. Inside, there are Italian restaurants, stores selling the brand’s products and themed shows. Master classes and interactive programs for everyone are also organized.
