Agents of the Republic of Kazakhstan

– download the contract depending on your region;
– fill in your details (do not fill in the date and No. of the contract);
– save the contract template under the name of the travel agency;
– send the contract and other documents to dogovor@kazunion.com
(electronic documents with Qr codes (egov, elicense, etc.) do not need to be photographed or scanned!)

Contracts are signed electronically only.
You will be notified by email to sign the contract using EDS (travel agent) on the EDI Accounting site.
You do not need to send directly to sign via EDI Accounting, write to the email above and expect a link from the curator.

Once signed electronically, the contract becomes legally enforceable and frees travel agents from the obligation to send the original paper copy.

Agents of the Russian Federation to start cooperation and get access to the reservation system need:

• Send scanned pages of the contract (1st and 19th pages with signature and stamp) to moscow@kazunion.com.
• A registration confirmation, contract number, password and login will be sent to your e-mail address.
• The original of the signed contract in two copies should be sent to the following address: Moscow, Bolshoi Zlatoustinsky Pereulok, 1 st1, 2nd floor, 103 office.

In order to sign via EDI (DIADOC) it is necessary to:

• Fill out the contract in electronic format and send it to moscow@kazunion.com.
• You will receive a notification to the e-mail address you have provided that you need to sign the contract using an EDS (electronic signature).
• After signing the contract, the login and password will be sent to your email.

All information you provide will be treated as personal and/or trade secrets.
